We offer two different rate options with different cancellation policies:
Reservations made with flexible cancellation terms may be cancelled free of charge until 6:00 PM on the day of arrival. After this time, the reservation can no longer be cancelled and will be charged in full according to the reservation details and the valid price list.The non-refundable rate is charged at the time of booking and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

The group size is at least 20 people. There is one person in charge in the group who requests a quote, confirms the order, and handles payments in total on behalf of the entire group. Payments can be made on site or invoiced to the address of your choice. Invoicing fee €10.

Group offer price lists do not apply to customers paying separately.
Confirmation of preliminary booking no later than three weeks before arrival.

Cancellation fee
21 days before booking – cancellation without fees
20-14 days before booking – cancellation fee 50% of the booking
less than 14 days before booking – cancellation fees 100% of the booking

Please inform us no later than two weeks before the arrival date
– the final number of people
– occupancy list for room sharing
– possible food allergies
– payment method (cash, card payment or invoicing. Invoicing fee €10)
– the group's schedule (arrival and departure times, possible dining times and other important schedules)

We will charge accommodation and any ordered meals two weeks before your stay according to the number of people confirmed. We will invoice alcoholic beverages according to the quantity ordered.

Payment Service Provider

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized payment institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For complaints, please contact the website where the payment was made.
