At the Kiannon Kuohu Spa Hotel (Tomi Holappa Oy, 3016925-3), we comply with the Personal Data Act (523\/1999) Section 10, Section 24, regarding the use, storage and disclosure of personal data.

The purpose of processing personal data is to store passenger data required by the Act on Accommodation and Catering Activities (Act on Accommodation and Catering Activities 2006\/308, Section 6), to enable customer service contacts, to maintain customer relationships and to conduct direct marketing when the customer has not prohibited it. We only use personal data to manage customer relationships, to manage accommodation reservations, to make payments, to monitor payments and to handle possible collections, to make restaurant reservations and to reserve conference rooms.

The information recorded in our customer register is name, address, telephone number and email address. With the customer's consent, also personal identification number. Our customer register also includes reservation information from previous reservations and, if necessary, separate billing information (companies).

The sources of information for customer data are only the information obtained from the customer himself or from an operator authorized by the customer during the booking process or using booking channels. Personal data is collected in accordance with the Personal Data Act when the customer makes room, restaurant, travel and meeting reservations. The customer has the right to prohibit the data controller from using his or her information for direct marketing.

The ban can be announced in the hotel's passenger notice or via email to hotelli@kiannonkuohut.fi<\/a>.

Customer information will not be disclosed for marketing or other purposes outside of the Kiannon Kuohut Spa Hotel. Nor will the information be disclosed or transferred outside the EU or the European Economic Area.

Personal data (customer register and accommodation notifications) is stored in a secure booking system service, and manual data is stored in a locked archive, which is only accessible to employees of the Spa Hotel Kiannon Kuohut who process customer data.

Every guest of our hotel has the right to inspect the information about themselves in our register. The inspection request must be made in writing, either in person at the establishment or by an officially signed letter. The inspection request cannot be made via social media, email, telephone or any other electronic means.

Everyone has the right to require registered deletion of data. In this case, the request should be submitted, signed by the registrar. The customer has the right to deny a person the id of the marking and use, as well as the right to deny him use of their information for direct marketing purposes.
