Our hotel is located in the middle of the beautiful scenery of Kainuu, but still right in the center of Suomussalmi. Our address is Jalonkatu 1 B 89600 Suomussalmi. <\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

How do I check in to the hotel when it is closed?<\/h4>

Our telephone service is available 24\/7 at 0300 870 307 (call price \u20ac0.49\/min + landline\/mobile, max \u20ac3\/call.)<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

How do I get to the hotel by public transport?<\/h4>

The nearest bus stop is located 270 m from the hotel and the nearest train station is in Kajaani, 107 km away. You can conveniently plan your trip using the Matkahuolto and VR websites.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Can I change or cancel my room reservation?<\/h4>

You can make changes to your room reservation by contacting our hotel reception at hotelli@kiannonkuohut.fi or by calling 0300 870 307.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

can I book a room for the invoice?<\/h4>

Companies can reserve a room for an invoice on a case-by-case basis. There is no invoice option for individuals.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

How do I check in and check out?<\/h4>

Check-in and check-out are done through the reception. At the reception you will receive a card case containing a door card, spa ticket and an information package about opening hours and night-time check-in. <\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

You can get a gym card upon request from reception. <\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n
